Flo was a well respected & much loved member of the netball family, who contributed enormously to netball from the grassroots to Australian teams. 

 Western Roar awards the medal each year to a player from the three divisions whom embody the passion, intensity & fun synonymous with the 

legacy of Flo Starcevich.
