Coach of the Year Perpetual Award

The Coach of the Year Award is presented to a Western Roar Coaching Team Member who has shown outstanding commitment, service, innovation and/or achievements in developing and preparing players for the season. The recipient will present a positive image of coaching and is a role model to players and coaches and/or the community. The Coach of the Year will be awarded to a member of coaching staff who shows respect for players, officials, opponents and supporters within our netball club & community.
Julie Eiffler has had a long association with Perth Bullets and Lions as a State league Coordinator, Committee member, Manager and Academy coach. Julie received Life Membership in 2013.
